Founded in 2002, SolarTerra LLC was conceived from the commitment to incorporate passive solar principles and energy-efficient, healthy, eco-friendly technologies and systems into the design and construction of durable, comfortable homes. SolarTerra Design LLC actively promotes "green building" and believes it is crucial for conserving our resources and energy today.... and for the quality of life of our future generations. In 2009 we created SolarTerra Design LLC to separate our architectural and systems design services from our consulting services.

We are listed on the Coconino County Sustainable Building Program Resource Directory, is a member of Architecture 2030, committed to the 2030 Challenge, and is a member of the US Green Building Council.

In addition to SolarTerra Design LLC's sustainable design and construction services, SolarTerra LLC provides education to clients on how to maintain their homes and offers maintenance services if desired.
